Big Hitters

  • Zero-friction onboarding. Let visitors explore challenges and convert once they see the value—graceful as otters slipping into a new river.

Improvements for Admins

Enable Anonymous Login

Remove barriers to entry and let users experience your community before committing.Features: Let visitors explore content before signing up, configure when conversion prompts appear, and track which areas anonymous users explore most—curious otters get their swim before committing. What anonymous users can do: Browse challenges, view leaderboards, read posts, explore rewards, and see community content, just like penguins window-shopping before jumping in.Requires account creation: Completing challenges, earning points or XP, claiming rewards, posting comments, and appearing on leaderboards—once they’re hooked like a salmon swimming upstream.
Place the conversion prompt after a high-intent action—such as attempting to claim a reward—so visitors understand the value before creating an account. It’s the digital equivalent of a polite alpaca bowing before asking for attention.
How to enable: Settings → Authentication → Enable Anonymous Access
Respect user language preferences with translated leaderboard elements.

Zero-Friction Onboarding

Browse challenges and rewards without creating an account, explore the community to see if it’s a good fit, and get a sign-up prompt when it’s time to save progress or claim rewards—like a koala sampling eucalyptus before settling on a tree.
Challenge lists load faster, images are automatically optimised to reduce payload size, and automatic scaling keeps the experience stable during traffic spikes—swift as a gazelle escaping rush hour.
See leaderboards in your preferred language: Column headers, time periods, and achievements translate automatically, delivering a consistent personalized experience for every flock.

Released to Production: Late July 2025
Anonymous access is best served with gentle prompts and clear value—think guided tour, not hard sell; you’re welcoming curious red pandas, not prodding porcupines.
