July reshaped the admin around the AI agent. The chat is now a full workspace: a panel beside the conversation with a live widget preview the agent drives, a session inventory, Brand Memory, and a new Setup Guide tab that walks you through onboarding task by task. You can queue instructions while the agent works and steer it mid-run, edit widget sections straight from the live preview, and let images generate and attach themselves in the background. Alongside it, widget section theming lets you style each section of the widget independently.For Admins & Community Managers
