Campaign managers can now preview real widget layouts while they build, use Ask Nudj prompts to finish configuring each section, and give members clearer paths from earning to redeeming rewards. Members also get more reliable community navigation, rankings, reward counts, and sign-in prompts, while Shopify loyalty placements now give customers more useful points and reward details.
This release makes campaign setup easier to judge before it reaches members. The widget editor now shows each layout using the real community widget, and the Configure step offers ready-to-use prompts for common jobs such as featuring a new challenge, highlighting a reachable reward, or setting up a leaderboard. Ask Nudj also opens with community-aware suggestions and faster-loading setup information, so the next useful action is easier to find. The member experience gets a quieter round of polish. Guests see a clear way to sign in and keep their progress, reward badges count the rewards members can actually receive, games stay inside the community they came from, and leaderboard rows no longer duplicate or break around the podium. Shopify stores get refreshed earning, redemption, order-confirmation, and customer-account experiences with clearer points, tier, and reward information.

Technical details

  • Added a real widget layout carousel that renders each candidate section through the user app, applies the current configuration, loads slides as they approach the viewport, and keeps the selected layout visible
  • Added Configure prompts for widget sections, with section-specific suggestions for challenges, rewards, leaderboards, games, streaks, referrals, quick actions, achievements, and receipt scanning
  • Reworked the Ask Nudj landing data path to load community readiness, inventory totals, onboarding tasks, and tailored suggestions with bounded fail-soft reads
  • Added a persistent chat response text-size control with a reset action
  • Added a direct Points entry in community settings and kept shared points display values authoritative when admins edit names, icons, or colours
