“Reward” on this platform has two main forms:
  • Reward assets — items you own: gift codes, vouchers, products, multipliers. You either earn them (from a challenge, action, or game) or buy them with points.
  • Giveaway entries — entries into a draw. If your entry wins, you’re awarded a prize.
Both live in your wallet.

Reward assets

Assets can be:
  • Digital codes — revealed on-screen when you redeem and usually copied automatically to your clipboard. Some codes include a UPC-A barcode for in-store scanning.
  • Physical items — shipped or collected via your community admin.
  • Multipliers — redeeming grants an effect (XP Boost or Points Boost) for a configured duration.
  • Vouchers / links — redemption produces a link or voucher code.
Assets are sometimes issued as grouped allocations — a single event grants you multiple identical assets that show up as a single stacked entry in the wallet, expanding on tap.

Reward cards

Reward cards appear on the community home, in the shop, and in the widget. They come in a few variants (depending on the community theme):
  • Standard card with title, image, and cost.
  • 4:3 aspect ratio variant used in some communities.
  • Expanded card with description and full details.
Reward cards display several states:
  • Available — in stock and affordable.
  • Out of stock — supply exhausted (Shopify-backed rewards can hide stock entirely).
  • Scheduled — not yet available, with a countdown to start.
  • Missed Out — the reward window has ended; you can no longer redeem.
  • Locked — unlock conditions not yet met (level, achievement, or admin gating).

Giveaway entries

Entries are “tickets” into a draw. A draw has a target number of winners and an end date. When the draw runs:
  • Unchecked entries appear in the Prize Entries section of your wallet.
  • Tap the entry to reveal whether you won.
  • Winning entries can trigger claim actions (e.g. confirm address for physical prizes).
