Points, XP, and leaderboards

Points (sometimes called Coins in your community’s theme) are a spendable currency — you use them to redeem rewards. XP is a permanent score — it doesn’t go down, and it determines your rank on the leaderboard. Not every community enables points; XP is usually always on when gamification is on.
Most transactions are instant. If your balance hasn’t updated after refreshing the Wallet, give it a few minutes and try again. If it’s still wrong after 15 minutes, contact your community admin or support.
It depends on the leaderboard. Daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboards reset at midnight in the organisation’s timezone; all-time leaderboards never reset. Scheduled leaderboards have their own start and end dates.

Signing in

Enter your email and you’ll receive a one-time passcode (OTP). Enter the passcode to finish signing in. If the OTP doesn’t arrive, you can request a new one after the resend timer counts down. See Signing in.
Yes — if your community allows it, you can use anonymous / guest access. You’ll be prompted to sign in when you try to like, comment, or perform other restricted actions. When you do sign in, any points and assets you’ve earned as a guest are carried over. See Anonymous accounts.
Yes — from your profile, tap Edit. Some communities throttle changes (for example, once every 30 days).

Challenges and participation

The challenge may require a prerequisite challenge to be completed, a minimum XP level, or a community-specific unlock condition. Tap the lock icon to see what’s required.
Repeatable challenges can be done multiple times (daily, weekly, or within configurable windows). One-off challenges can only be completed once. The challenge card shows its repeat behaviour.
Check the file size and format limits shown on the action. If you’re on mobile, make sure your browser has camera and photo-library permissions.

Games

Games are configured per community. If the admin has published at least one playable game, you’ll see a Games tab in the community navigation. See Games overview.
Yes. Games use the same rewards pipeline as challenges — thresholds or outcomes trigger distributions of points, XP, and reward assets straight to your wallet.

Rewards and redemption

  • Digital codes appear on-screen after redemption and can usually be copied to your clipboard.
  • Physical items are handled by the community admin — check the reward description for delivery times.
  • Giveaway entries mean you’re entered into a draw; you’re notified when the draw runs.
Some rewards are time-limited — once granted, you have a set window to redeem before they expire. The timer on the asset shows remaining time. See Redemption expiry.
Most point redemptions are final because assets are issued immediately. For mistakes on physical-item orders, contact support with your order ID.

Notifications and settings

Yes. Open your profile settings and go to the Notifications tab — you can toggle each notification type. See Notification preferences.
If the community has multiple languages configured, you’ll see a language switcher in the profile drawer. Your choice is saved to your account.

Privacy

Nudj does not sell your data. We share only what’s needed for your community admin to grant points, award rewards, and deliver prizes. See the community’s legal policies for full details.
