Getting Started

Nudj is a gamified community engagement platform that helps brands create deeper connections with their customers through interactive challenges, rewards, and social experiences. Users join communities, complete challenges, earn points and XP, and redeem rewards.
Communities can be joined through invitation links, QR codes, or by searching for public communities in the app. Some communities require approval or have specific requirements like age restrictions or access codes.
Yes, Nudj is free for users. You can join communities, participate in challenges, and earn rewards without any cost. Brands and organizations pay to create and manage communities.
Nudj works on any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile devices. Native mobile apps are also available for iOS and Android.

Challenges

Challenges are interactive quests containing one or more actions (like quizzes, polls, or social shares). Complete the actions to earn points, XP, and rewards. Challenges can be single-action, multi-action, recurring, or time-limited.
Most challenges can only be completed once. However, recurring challenges (daily, weekly, monthly) reset on schedule and can be completed again. Check the challenge details for specific rules.
Your progress is automatically saved. You can return anytime to complete it, unless it’s a limited-time challenge that has expired. Some challenges may award partial points for partial completion.
Some challenges have requirements like:
  • Minimum level or XP
  • Previous challenge completion
  • Time restrictions
  • Geographic location
  • Age requirements Check the locked challenge details for specific unlock conditions.
  • Single-action: 1-3 minutes
  • Multi-action: 5-15 minutes
  • Video challenges: Varies by content
  • Social challenges: 1-2 minutes Each challenge shows an estimated completion time.

Points & XP

Points are spendable currency you can use to redeem rewards. Your point balance decreases when you spend them.XP (Experience Points) show your overall progress and determine leaderboard rankings. XP never decreases and represents your lifetime achievement.

Point expiration depends on community settings. Check your community rules for specific policies. Generally, points remain valid as long as you stay active.
Point transfers are not typically allowed to maintain fairness. However, some communities may have special gifting features or team challenges where points are pooled.

Rewards

Assets: Guaranteed rewards you can redeem with points (merchandise, digital goods, discounts)Entries: Chances to win in prize draws or giveaways (experiences, exclusive items, grand prizes)

  2. Browse available rewards
  3. Check your point balance
  4. Click “Redeem” on desired reward
  5. Confirm the transaction
  6. Follow redemption instructions (download, shipping info, etc.)
  • Digital rewards: Usually instant
  • Physical items: 2-4 weeks typically
  • Prize draws: Winners announced on draw date
  • Experiences: Scheduling information sent via email Check specific reward details for timelines.
Most redemptions are final. Contact support immediately if you made a mistake. Digital downloads and instant rewards cannot be reversed.

Leaderboards

Rankings are based on total XP earned. Every challenge completion, achievement unlock, and platform activity earns XP that contributes to your position.
  • Daily: Midnight (community timezone)
  • Weekly: Monday at midnight
  • Monthly: 1st of each month
  • All-time: Never resets
Rewards vary by position and timeframe. Typically:
  • Top 3: Premium rewards and recognition
  • Top 10: Exclusive rewards
  • Top 100: Bonus points and badges Check your community’s specific reward structure.
Yes! You’re automatically entered in all applicable leaderboards (daily, weekly, monthly, all-time, and any category-specific boards).

Account & Profile

Go to Profile Settings > Edit Profile > Username. Note that some communities may restrict username changes or require approval.
Yes! You can join as many communities as you like. Each community has separate challenges, rewards, and leaderboards, but your overall XP is cumulative.
Contact support at support@nudj.cx with your account deletion request. Note that this will remove all your points, XP, and reward history permanently.
Nudj follows strict privacy policies. Your personal information is never sold. Public leaderboards show only your username. Review our Privacy Policy for full details.

Technical Issues

Try these steps:
  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Clear browser cache and cookies
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Disable ad blockers
  5. Update your app/browser If issues persist, contact support.
Points usually appear instantly but may take up to 5 minutes during high traffic. If points don’t appear:
  1. Check challenge completion status
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Log out and back in
  4. Contact support with challenge details
Ensure:
  • File size is under the limit (usually 10MB)
  • File format is supported (JPG, PNG, MP4)
  • You’ve granted camera/gallery permissions
  • You have stable internet connection
  • Clear cache and cookies
  • Close other apps/tabs
  • Check internet speed
  • Try during off-peak hours
  • Update to latest version

Community Features

  • Follow other users from their profiles
  • Comment on posts and achievements
  • Participate in community challenges
  • Join community discussions
  • Share accomplishments
Yes. Use the report button on any content or user profile. Reports are reviewed by community moderators. You can also email support@nudj.cx for serious issues.
Each community has specific rules about:
  • Appropriate content
  • Behavior standards
  • Challenge participation

Streaks & Achievements

Complete at least one challenge each day to maintain your streak. Streaks provide:
  • Bonus XP multipliers
  • Special badges
  • Exclusive rewards
  • Leaderboard advantages Streaks reset if you miss a day.
Achievements are special accomplishments that unlock badges and rewards:
  • First-time actions
  • Milestone completions
  • Special event participation
  • Community contributions Check your profile for available achievements.
Some communities offer streak freezes or recovery options. Check your community settings or contact support within 24 hours of breaking a streak.

Business & Partnerships

Brands can create communities through Nudj for Business. Visit business.nudj.cx or contact sales@nudj.cx for pricing and setup information.
Many communities welcome user suggestions. Look for feedback options in your community or contact the community admin through the platform.
Moderator positions are appointed by community admins. Active, helpful members who follow community guidelines are often considered. Check with your community admin about opportunities.

I
