Welcome to the Nudj community help center! Whether you’re a first-time user or a leaderboard veteran, these answers will help you get the most out of your experience.

Points, XP, and Leaderboards

Think of Points like money in your wallet—you spend them on rewards. Think of XP (Experience Points) like your reputation—they never go away and determine your rank on the leaderboard.
Don’t panic! Most points arrive instantly, but during busy events, it can take up to 5 minutes to process. Try refreshing your “Wallet” page. If they still aren’t there after 15 minutes, contact your community admin.
Most communities have Weekly and Monthly leaderboards. These reset at midnight (UTC) on the first day of the period. Don’t worry—your All-Time XP is always saved!

Challenges & Participation

Some challenges are reserved for experts. You might need to reach a certain XP Level or complete a “Prerequisite” challenge first. Click the lock icon to see exactly what you need to do to unlock it.
“Evergreen” challenges can only be done once. However, keep an eye out for Daily or Weekly challenges—these reset on a schedule so you can earn points from them again and again.
Ensure your file is under 10MB and is a standard format (JPG, PNG, or MP4). If you’re on a mobile device, make sure you’ve given your browser permission to access your camera.

Rewards & Redemption

  • Digital Codes: These appear instantly on your screen and are also sent to your email.
  • Physical Merch: Your community admin will handle shipping. Check the reward description for estimated shipping times (usually 2-4 weeks).
  • Giveaways: If you bought an entry, you’ll be notified via email only if you win after the draw date.
Because most rewards are instant digital codes, point redemptions are usually final. If you made a major mistake on a physical item, contact [email protected] immediately with your order ID.

Account & Privacy

Yes! Go to your Profile Settings and click Edit. Note that some communities may have a “Cooldown” period where you can only change it once every 30 days.
Absolutely. Nudj never sells your data to third parties. We only share the information necessary for your community admin to award your points and ship your rewards.
