Posts are community-published content — text, images, and videos — that members can like, comment on, and share. Some posts are also used as challenge actions (like-a-post, comment-on-a-post).

Post detail

Opening a post takes you to its detail view with:
  • A banner image (when provided).
  • Title and body.
  • Like and comment counts.
  • Comment thread with any existing comments.
  • Share button.

Liking

Tap the heart / like icon to like a post. Likes are optimistic — the count updates immediately even before the server confirms — and unlike follows the same pattern. If you’re a guest, tapping like prompts you to sign in via the login modal. See Anonymous accounts.

Commenting

Tap the comment icon to open the comment input. You can reply with text, and existing comments are shown under the post. Like with liking, guests are prompted to sign in before posting.

Sharing

The share button opens the native OS share sheet on mobile — you can send the post to any app installed on your device. On desktop (or where the share sheet isn’t available), the button falls back to copying the post link to the clipboard. Double-submit prevention is built in: repeatedly tapping the share button won’t trigger multiple shares.

Like / comment completion timer

Some challenge actions like “like this post” or “comment on this post” have a completion timer — the action doesn’t tick complete until a few seconds after the interaction. This prevents instant-tap farming and is shown as a brief progress state in the action wizard.

Posts inside the action wizard

When a challenge has a like-a-post or comment-on-a-post action, the post renders inside the wizard so you don’t have to leave the flow. The interaction counts against the post’s like / comment state the same way.
