Redemption is the point where a reward asset converts into something usable — a code, a physical item on its way, or an effect applied to your account.

Buying assets with points

If your community has a shop (or reward section with spendable items), you buy assets with points:
  1. Open the shop / rewards list from the navigation.
  2. Tap a reward to see its details, cost, and availability.
  3. For free-quantity rewards, pick how many you want.
  4. Tap Redeem (or similar) to spend points. The asset lands in your wallet.

Using an asset

Once an asset is in your wallet:
  1. Open the wallet and find the asset.
  2. Tap it to open its detail view with the code, voucher, or instructions.
  3. Digital codes are revealed on-screen; barcodes are rendered as UPC-A if the reward supports it.
  4. Mark it as used (some redemption types are auto-marked; others you check in manually).

Redemption expiry

Some rewards are time-limited — after you’re granted the asset you have a fixed window to redeem. A countdown timer shows on the asset. See Redemption expiry.

Winning a giveaway

If you won a giveaway entry, the entry moves from “Unchecked” to “Won” in the wallet. The claim flow depends on the prize type — a digital prize appears as an asset; a physical prize may require you to confirm delivery details.

Filtering and sorting

The wallet and shop both support filtering and sorting — by type, status, date, or cost — useful when you’ve accumulated a lot of items.

Free vs paid

  • Free rewards are awarded automatically when conditions are met (challenge completion, achievement, etc.).
  • Paid rewards require a points redemption to obtain.

Scheduled reward ends

If a reward was scheduled (start / end dates) and its end passes, any pending purchases or unredeemed assets may be invalidated automatically. You’ll see a “Missed Out” state on the card after the window closes.
