Posts are community announcements, updates, and messages that appear in the member feed. Nudj redesigned the post creation flow (#1123) around the same studio layout used for challenges, rewards, and achievements.

Start a post

Top nav -> + New -> Post. You’ll land in the post studio: sidebar on the left (form steps), editor in the middle, live preview on the right (#1963, #2148).

Step-by-step

Basic info

Title, subtitle, image (aspect-ratio enforced). New-post page routing was fixed in #2332 — the URL stays clean across the save flow.

Content

Full rich-text editor (#675): headings, bold, lists, links, inline images, blockquotes. Selection-vs-input pattern (#768) gives you a smooth write/edit experience without accidental content loss.

Language

Posts ship with a studio sidebar language switcher (#2226) — edit translations per locale without leaving the page. Members see the post in their chosen language.

Featured toggle

Mark a post as Featured (#1930) — pins it to the top of the feed for its Live duration.

Status

Draft / Scheduled / Live / Archived. Future-dated posts auto-go Scheduled.

The preview panel

The right-hand preview shows your post as members see it: feed card, full-post view, push notification (if configured). Updates as you type.

When to use posts vs challenges vs achievements

Best practices

Keep posts short. 1-3 paragraphs + one image is usually enough. If it’s longer, link out to a blog post or dedicated landing page.
Pair posts with challenges — the post announces a new thing, the challenge makes it actionable. Members see both in the feed together.
