Organisation Settings -> General is where you configure the top-level org basics that apply across every community.

What’s here

Name & logo

Organisation name (shown in the top nav) and logo (#1255).

Timezone

Default timezone for scheduling. Per-challenge overrides available.

Landing page header

Hero banner for your public landing page (#823, #1146).

Email configuration

Custom sender. Falls back to platform default (#1571, #1671). See Email Configuration.

Org switcher

If your account belongs to multiple orgs, the top-nav org switcher (#2419, #2379, #1172, #1213) jumps between them. Cookies are isolated (#1416) so switching never leaks data. See Navigation Overview for the full nav tour.

Org onboarding

New orgs go through a simplified onboarding flow (#728). Domain settings and initial community creation are integrated into the first-run experience. See Creating an Organisation and Domains.

Landing page

The landing page header (#823, #1146) controls the hero image / tagline members see when they land on your org’s public URL before picking a community. Configurable per brand.

Email settings

Custom email sender is configured in the general settings with a platform-default fallback (#1571, #1671). See Email Configuration.
