Rewards are how you say “thank you” to members who engage with your community. They drive participation, build loyalty, and create moments worth sharing. Every reward follows the same journey: you create it, members earn or buy it, they redeem it, and for anything physical you fulfil it. The pages in this section walk each stage.

The five reward types

When you create a reward, you pick one of five types. The type decides which setup steps you see and how members get the reward.

Regular Reward

Claimed directly by members. Discount codes, merch, digital downloads.

Giveaway Reward

A prize draw. Members earn entries; you draw winners automatically or by hand.

Badge

A collectible emblem earned once and kept. Pure recognition, nothing to redeem.

XP Boost

An effect that multiplies a member’s XP for a set duration.

Points Boost

An effect that multiplies a member’s points for a set duration.

Where to start

  1. Read Creating Rewards for the studio walkthrough.
  2. Create a simple Regular Reward with a text message or code.
  3. Save it as Draft, then flip to Live when you’re ready.
